Shipping & Returns
Orders are only processed after payment has been verified. If any issues are encountered with your order, you will be contacted via email by BLUELIMES.com.
- Monday - Friday Orders placed BEFORE 12 PM PST will be processed the same day and will ship within 1 - 2 business days.
- Monday - Friday Orders placed AFTER 12 PM PST will be processed the following business and will ship within 1 - 2 business days.
Note: Orders made after Friday 12 PM PST will be processed on the following Monday and will ship as stated above. Orders will not be processed or shipped on the weekend or a holiday.
Items purchased from BLUELIMES.com (not from third party retailers) are eligible for a refund if returned within 30 days of your purchase.
Returns made for store credit will be processed free of charge, while a refund to your original payment (Credit or Debit card, Paypal) will result in a fee of $5.99 deducted from the amount refunded back to you. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and with all original tags intact. Try to keep the product the way you received it when returning.
Sending Your Return
- Please email us at email@example.com for a Return Authorization form.
- Complete the Return Authorization form with the corresponding return code. Include the form inside the box.
- Affix the pre-paid shipping label onto a box and drop it off at the nearest Fedex drop-off location.
- Note: Pack your returns in a size-appropriate box and attach the new pre-paid shipping label.

Bluelimes.com reserves the right to deny the refund if the the returned products does not meet our Returns guidelines.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for returns processing.
Delivery typically takes between 7-21* business days once shipped from our Fulfillment Center. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for processing prior to shipping.

- About 7-10 business days to Europe & Latin America

Taxes and Duties
We ship all international orders DDU (delivered duty unpaid), and we do not collect VAT (value added taxes). All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. Though we cannot predict what your particular charges will be, you can contact your local customs office for more information regarding your country's custom policies. All prices listed on our site are in US dollars, and charged to your credit card in US dollars. The bank that has issued your credit card determines the exact exchange rate that you will be charged, but in general it should match closely with the current rate.
To qualify for a return, items must be received back to our Fulfillment Center within 45 days of your original order shipment date (as printed on your packing slip). You are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to our Fulfillment Center. Please see "Returns" for further restrictions and instructions.
